Another big week ahead for Outdoor Training. Week 4 of 4! The guidelines allow us to train up to 9 people outdoors along with a coach (10) ๐ you'll see time slots have opened up in accordance with this. Again, all exercises are bodyweight based but if you have your own equipment or if you want to rent equipment you can. Risk Assessments are completed each day and PAR-Qs by (you) the client must be filled in before each session. This ensures we are obeying the government guidelines and properly insured.
