Some great news for 1-2-1 Personal Training. After the Covid 19 update, we are now officially able to put in place outdoor Personal Training sessions. Personal Training can be outside; 1️⃣The Shed 2️⃣Your Own Home 3️⃣Public playing fields (weather permitting). Sessions will be 45 minutes and strictly 1 to 1 with social distancing in place. Time slots will be staggered to clean down equipment in between clients and we ask that if any symptoms are present within yourself or a family member to refrain from attending the session. We're getting closer to the Outdoor Bootcamps🤩 🐗🐗🐗
