❗️Pleased to announce that we will be running a Men's 8PM Class starting on Tuesday 20th September for 6 weeks 🙌🏋🏿♂️❗️ This class will cover the fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning training by challenging you with exercises and techniques to improve your skill, muscular strength, flexibil
