DESCRIPTION
WEIGHTLIFTING IS STRENGTH TRAINING IN ITS PUREST FORM.
​
Following our Elevate Training Program, a fully qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach will guide you through the fundamental movements required to make you stronger.
​
Each session will include the following: 2 main lifts including Squat, Press, Push and Pull + Accessory Movements.
​
Each week you will be able to track your progress through the Wodify app.
​
This is a training environment with a difference; there are no complicated machines just the very best Strength & Conditioning Equipment.
​
STRENGTH BLOCKS RUN IN 6-12 WEEK CYCLES WITH TESTING PHASES
