Looking to improve both aerobic and anaerobic systems, Metcon will put you through your paces pushing you through a high volume, high intensity workout.
Incorporating fundamental lifts such as deadlifts and squats, you’ll find yourself using barbells and kettlebells, with the addition of bodyweight exercises, running and lots more, all geared to get your blood pumping.
