What is it?
Our "Step In" program is our NEW beginners / back to the gym program that covers the fundamentals of fitness over 4 sessions. Here we strip back the techniques, movements and intensity so that you feel comfortable and confidant knowing that each week will progress with care from our expert coaching.

What happens after "Step In"?
The "Step In" phase is the first part of a 3 part series which also includes the optional "Step Up" and "Step Forward" training phases.
"Step Up" is phase 2 - a 4 week block consisting of 8 sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) and will be our intermediate level, we cover new techniques, exercises and movements as will as increasing intensity and volume in our training. We also will have a nutrition seminar on the first week to aid you in your journey.
"Step Forward" is phase 3 - a final 4 week block consisting of 8 sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) where we give tasters into our Strength and Total Body Workout classes as well as redinfing and building on the exercises, movements and techniques throughout phase 1 and 2.
Once completed you will confidentaly be able to join these classes in our timetable at the freedom of choice.
