❗️Pleased to announce that we will be running a Men's 8PM Class starting on Tuesday 20th September for 6 weeks 🙌🏋🏿♂️❗️
This class will cover the fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning training by challenging you with exercises and techniques to improve your skill, muscular strength, flexibility and endurance. 🤹♀️
This is a great class for those looking to make a start or wanting to get back at gym work after sometime off.
We are limiting the class size to 8 to ensure you get the personal training experience also. 💪
📅The program also includes an open gym workout schedule after week 3. This means that you will have an extra workout each week to complete from week 4-6 by yourself using the facilities at Elevate.
