Although it should be perfectly normal to promote good mental health, in light of recent events we have decided to raise awareness by having a 24 Hour Exercise Challenge. All proceeds in aid of Action Mental Health Northern Ireland.
⏰ 24 HOUR EXERCISE CHALLENGE
📅 Saturday 7th March 2020
📍The Shed Gym, Clogher
🕕 6PM - 6PM How it works?
Coach Matty Callaghan has decided to participate in 24 hours of continual exercise. Each hour will include a different workout consisting of weight training, circuit training and cardio training.
📇Businesses - We need you! Each hour we would love to have a local business sponsor of £20.00. That's 24 businesses in total. If any businesses are interested please get in touch.
🏋️♂️Gym Goers - We need you! From Saturday 6pm onwards there will be a workout each hour for 24 hours. You and your friends can join in by simply making a donation at the door or online on our justgiving page. We would love if you joined in on the action for this great cause.
👨👩👧👦Everyone else - All support is welcome! Call in for a cup of tea and support Matty and everyone doing the challenge.
